Biography
Ali Bahari (born November 5, 1991) is an Iranian instrumental rock guitarist and composer from Tehran. A lifelong music enthusiast, he began playing guitar at the age of 12 and later earned a Grade 8 Distinction in Rock Guitar from the United Kingdom’s Rock School (RSL), where he is also a certified international instructor.
Blending elements of instrumental rock, progressive metal, and world music, Bahari has performed across diverse genres including jazz, fusion, electronic, and film scoring, collaborating with various bands and appearing at international concerts, including cultural events at foreign embassies. His artistry has been recognized through endorsements from Root Audio Company and participation in prestigious guitar contests such as the Andy James Academy, Kiesel, JTC, and Nili Brosh competitions.
Bahari’s music is available on all major platforms, including iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Spotify.
His influences range from Ritchie Blackmore, Al Di Meola, Carlos Santana, Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Gary Moore and Stevie Ray Vaughan to Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, John Petrucci and Yanni .
